Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion. However a member of the team will give more detail about this on visitation.
Do you offer guarantees on your work?
Yes, all our bespoke cabinetry is crafted with quality in mind, and we offer a guarantee on workmanship and materials.
Can you create cabinetry for awkward spaces, such as sloped ceilings or under-stairs storage?
Absolutely! Our bespoke cabinetry is designed to maximize space, including challenging areas like alcoves, sloped ceilings, and under-stair storage.
Can you paint or stain the cabinetry to my preferred colour?
On some cases, we can provide a finish paint of your choice but we can recommend a third party company to professionally paint the units (charges are separate to the quote given by JT Joiner)
Can you install push-to-open or handleless doors?
Yes, we offer a range of handle options, including push-to-open mechanisms for a sleek, modern look.
Do you provide soft-close hinges and drawer runners?
Yes, soft-close hinges and drawer runners are standard in our designs for smooth and quiet operation.
How do I maintain my bespoke cabinetry?
Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergent is recommended. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture. We provide specific care instructions based on your chosen material.
Can you remove old furniture or units before installation?
Yes, we can remove existing units if required—please mention this during your enquiry and note you will be charged extra.

Can I request open shelving instead of closed cabinetry?

Do you offer built-in desks or home office solutions?
Yes, we can design and build custom desks, shelving, and cabinetry for home offices and workspaces.
Do I need to be home during installation?
While it's not always necessary, we recommend being available to approve the final placement and finish of your cabinetry.
How do I book a consultation?

Do you offer aftercare services if I need adjustments or repairs?
Yes, we provide aftercare support and can assist with any adjustments or maintenance required after installation inside the guarantee window (365 days)
Can you provide a cost estimate before a consultation?
We can offer a general price range based on your initial enquiry, but a detailed quote will be provided after a consultation and site visit.
Do you offer payment plans or staged payments?
We typically require a deposit upfront of 25% of the quote with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment plans are NOT available and payment must be paid on the date of completion.
